Bofeh is an online jewellery store under role of ‘online and distance selling’ in England and Wales. The following terms and conditions listed below will apply between you and Bofeh Online Store for the sale and purchase of the items contained in your basket. The terms do not affect your statutory rights.
The term “Bofeh”, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to the owner of the website.
The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.
The following terms and conditions apply to all use of the Bofeh.com website. By placing an order with us you agree to have read, understood and accepted to these terms and conditions. Please note, as these may be subject to change at any time without notice, it is your responsibility to check this page prior to any use or purchase. Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions and you agree that all details you provide to www.bofeh.com for the purpose of purchasing goods are accurate and complete in all respects. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Bofeh Online Store retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be Bofeh Online Store or may in some cases be a third party.
Age Restricted Goods
We will not sell or deliver age restricted goods to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and we reserve the right to refuse to deliver if we are unsure of this.
Availability of goods and prices
Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that occasionally goods ordered may be sent to you in instalments. We will make every effort to advise you (by email) if this is the case.
We make every attempt to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, however discrepancies may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods already ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and ask that you reconfirm your order at the correct price, whilst also giving you the option to cancel it. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you we will consider the order cancelled. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Conformity of Goods
Every care is taken to ensure that the description, specification and pricing of all products shown on our website and in our catalogues is correct. The product information and specification provided is not binding, but is carefully considered and intended to give a general description of each product.
Bofeh will act immediately to correct any error identified and are under no legal obligation to honour a price displayed in error.
Acknowledgement of Order
When you have completed your order you will be sent an e-mail confirmation. It will state what the products are on order, the total cost including VAT (where appropriate) and Post & Package charges, together with delivery and invoice details. If for any reason your order cannot be processed, a member of the customer services team will contact you to explain the nature of the difficulty.
No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and Bofeh Online Store until the product(s) ordered have been dispatched. We will send a confirmation email when the goods have left our warehouse. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Bofeh Online Store of your offer to buy goods.
Where an order is to be fulfilled in instalments, those products yet to be dispatched will not form part of our contract with you. You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, your order will not be accepted and Bofeh Online Store will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Offers & Discounts
Discounts are valid when shopping online and Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be applied retrospectively
free postage and returns is only valid for UK mainland addresses.
Discounts are not valid for the purchase of Gift Cards.
All delivery time-frames stated are estimated and may be subject to change. Please note, for International deliveries, local import duties and charges may apply.

Bofeh Online Store shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
The material displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.
Right to Cancel and Returns
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site www.bofeh.com. We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.) In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressees.
Your personal data will be used to provide the information, goods and services offered through our website to you, for billing and order fulfilment.
These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
